Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 22bd ("22bd", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the 22bd website located at https://22bd.bar and all associated services, products, and features offered thereon, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino gaming, slot games, video poker, and all related promotional activities.

By accessing the 22bd platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Where proof of age cannot be established to 22bd's satisfaction, the account will be suspended and no withdrawals will be processed until verification is complete.

2.2 Registration Process

Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Terms

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

4.4 Chargebacks and Reversals

Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal with your mobile financial service provider in respect of a completed 22bd deposit constitutes a breach of these Terms. 22bd will contest all unjustified chargebacks and reserves the right to suspend any account where a chargeback has been initiated, pending investigation. Players are encouraged to resolve payment disputes directly with 22bd support in the first instance.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

22bd offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. By opting in to any bonus or accepting any promotional credit, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms applicable to that promotion.

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply across all 22bd promotions:

• Bonuses are credited in BDT as non-withdrawable promotional balance until the applicable wagering requirement is satisfied in full.
• Wagering requirements specify the total value of qualifying bets that must be placed before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable real-money balance.
• Each promotion will specify which games or betting markets contribute to wagering requirements, and at what percentage contribution rate. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
• Bonuses have a defined validity period. Any bonus balance remaining unconverted at the expiry of the validity period will be automatically removed from the player's account without notice.
• 22bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice where it reasonably suspects abuse, system error, or a breach of the applicable promotion terms.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New 22bd players may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit, subject to meeting the minimum qualifying deposit amount as stated in the active welcome offer at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available once per new player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Players who have previously held a 22bd account under a different identity are not eligible for the welcome bonus.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

22bd monitors betting patterns in connection with bonus usage. Any pattern of play that 22bd reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements while minimising variance, exploitation of bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with good-faith recreational play, or coordinated abuse across multiple accounts — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in permanent account suspension.

Sportsbook Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on the 22bd sportsbook are binding upon confirmation. Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is the player's responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming placement.

22bd reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, at clearly incorrect odds, or where the integrity of the underlying event is in question. In all void scenarios, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

6.2 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting markets on 22bd cover Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), ICC T20 World Cup, ICC Cricket World Cup, ICC Champions Trophy, and bilateral series involving Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Australia, England, South Africa, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, West Indies, and Zimbabwe. Match result, innings runs, top batsman, top bowler, and a range of ball-by-ball live markets are available subject to the specific match and tournament.

For all cricket markets, the official result as declared by the match referee and the relevant governing body (ICC or domestic board) shall be the result used for settlement purposes. Markets will be settled as soon as the official result is confirmed. In the event that a match is abandoned due to weather, civil unrest, or any other reason, markets will be settled in accordance with the applicable tournament rules and 22bd's cricket settling policy published in the sportsbook help section.

6.3 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected sporting events in real time. 22bd endeavours to keep live odds current, but acknowledges that data feeds and price updates carry an inherent delay. 22bd reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice, including immediately following a significant match event where odds may require recalculation. Bets confirmed prior to a market suspension will stand unless voided under the provisions of Section 6.1.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-event payout limits apply to all sportsbook markets and are displayed within the bet slip prior to confirmation. Where a player's potential winnings exceed the applicable maximum payout, the stake will be accepted but winnings will be capped at the stated limit. Casino and Game Rules

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 22bd platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any 22bd content without prior written authorisation from 22bd.

Any unauthorised use of 22bd's intellectual property — including scraping, automated data collection, mirroring, or redistribution of odds or game data — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 22bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 22bd platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or any other economic loss, even if 22bd has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

22bd makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game data displayed, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical outages, and third-party service interruptions may affect platform availability from time to time.

22bd's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ৳10,000 BDT, whichever is greater.

Amendments and Termination

12.1 Amendments

22bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the contact details held on their account with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or to address an urgent security, fraud, or compliance matter, in which case the amended Terms will take effect immediately upon publication.

12.2 Account Closure by Player

Players may close their 22bd account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Upon account closure request, any pending bets will be settled in the normal course and any remaining real-money balance (after settlement of all pending bets and subject to KYC verification) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.

12.3 Account Suspension or Termination by 22bd

22bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited activity, or poses a risk to the integrity or security of the platform. In cases of confirmed fraud or terms violation, 22bd reserves the right to withhold some or all of the player's account balance pending investigation and resolution.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 22bd platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 22bd support. 22bd will endeavour to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and to provide a substantive response within 20 business days of acknowledgement.

Please include a clear description of the dispute, the relevant dates and transaction references, and your preferred resolution outcome.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process described above, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before commencing any formal legal proceedings.
